Santosh Patnaik
Co-Founder, Director & CEO
Santosh has over 22 years of experience in the technology industry and deep expertise in Enterprise Data Storage, virtualization, Cloud and DevOps. As an early technology adapter and enthusiast, he founded Cognis Solutions. He is widely respected for his integrity, innovative mindset and dynamism. Santosh holds Mater of Computer Application from Berhampur University. Prior to incorporating Cognis, Santosh has worked in HP, IBM, LSI, Dell and in few startups both in technology and in leadership role.
Lipa Patnaik
Co-Founder, Director
Lipa is the co-founder of Cognis Solutions. Lipa is responsible for shaping important aspects of the company business including financial planning and strategy initiatives. Lipa is a post graduate from Berhampur University.
Dr Malaya Nayak
CTO/Director
Dr Malaya Nayak is the Chief Technology Officer & Director of Cognis Solutions Ltd, UK with over 28 years of international experience in technology leadership, digital transformation, systems engineering, and business strategy. He leads the company’s technology vision, solution architecture, cybersecurity, and enterprise delivery, combining deep technical expertise with strong commercial and organisational leadership across the UK and international markets.
